Lauritzen Fonden is a commercial foundation supporting non-profit activities. Our business activities encompass the companies J. Lauritzen, DFDS and the investment company LF Investment. The total assets of the foundation amounts to approx. DKK 5,7 billion and annually we distribute DKK 30-40 mill. to non-profit purposes – specifically aimed at vulnerable children and young people.
We want to support children and youth’s chances to be able to become active and contributing citizens.
We want to secure that more children and youth are able to become included and contributing citizens in Denmark. Projects and initiatives supporting those objectives are favored.
By being proactive and risk willing we want to secure new knowledge, join in new partnerships and facilitate network and new collaborations across public sectors, civic society, NGO’s, organizations, associations and other foundations.
